According to a recent poll, the average parent started prepping for fall of 2021 on June 19th. And typically, it takes 29 days from the end of one school year to begin prepping for the next.
Another survey found that, this year, parents are spending an average of $843 on back-to-school shopping . . . per child. That’s up 19% from $707 last year. Clothes, school supplies, and backpacks are the top three things parents splurge on.
And the pandemic isn’t over. 67% have masks and hand sanitizer for their kids on the list . . . and about half are grabbing disposable gloves and antibacterial spray.
