The Flagler County government hosted its annual Veterans Day ceremony on Monday, honoring veterans both at home in Flagler and across the country. The festivities included a parade down SR-100 and the annual ceremony at the Government Services Building in Bunnell. Hundreds if not thousands attended to pay tribute to those who’ve put their lives on the line, or simply devoted their lives and careers, to the defense of the United States in the armed services. Local dignitaries and veterans’ group leaders helped lead the event, which allowed a morning of reflection and gratitude for all who came.
