WILL SMITH is coming out with his very first memoir titled “Will” on November 9th.
He said he’s been working on it for two years and describes the book as a, quote, “labor of love.” He posted a photo of himself holding an early copy of the book with a link to pre-order it.
The book focuses on his persona, childhood, and journey in music, TV, and movies. He wrote it in collaboration with author Mark Manson, who did “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a [F-word]”.
Will says, quote, “Once you’ve learned the terrain of your own mind, every experience, every emotion, every circumstance, whether positive or negative, simply propels you forward, to greater growth and greater experience.”
He hosted a community block party in Miami over the weekend to celebrate the unveiling of the book cover and title.
Will is also launching the “Will” Youth Book Club to create a global community where readers can discuss the memoir and upcoming events.
