Tracy Morgan Wants His Estranged Wife to Drop His Last Name

 TRACY MORGAN and his wife Megan announced last month that they’re splitting . . . and TMZ just got a look at their divorce papers.

They both agree that there’s a prenup, so there shouldn’t be any haggling over Tracy’s Walmart truck accident money.

 

But there might be a battle over their 7-year-old daughter, because Tracy wants joint legal and physical custody . . . while Megan wants SOLE custody.

Here’s another sign that their split might be less than amicable:  Tracy wants Megan to ditch his last name and go back to her maiden name.

Tracy and Megan met in 2011, had their daughter in 2013, and got married in 2015 . . . about a year after the accident that nearly killed Tracy.
